Cant figure out what the problem is with my girls help!

Hello all, I pulled one of my girls out to show you guys what I am talking about. I cant figure out what the problem is but the new growth should be more lush and not so lime green? My setup temps humidity everything is correct but I cant figure out what is wrong with her. Can someone please tell me what her deficiency is...

Generally new growth should be a lighter green then the older leaves. I don't see a problem with those plants.

Hey thanks for the quick reply merlin. Are you sure this isn't a zinc or sulphur deficiency? the new growth just looks too thin to me...

I think they look just fine. Give the new growth a week and it will look like the rest. But perhaps someone else will see something I'm missing.
