Cant figure out whats happening

Under fluoros, not heat. Not overwatered. Ph just over 6. Sprayed with a little epsom. The dirt has been used successfully before. I'm stumped. Will not grow at all. All new growth shows this on the babbies and those in flower. I can take more pics if needed.

If the soil has already grown pot from veg through flower, then the soil is probably drained of anything that would resemble a vegging npk ratio,
3-1-2. If you did use that soil for flowering plants more than likely it still has a flowering npk ratio, 1-3-2. My guess the soil is exhausted.

Sorry I should have been more clear. What I meant was I'm using the same soil that was good for the last grow. I'm not reusing the soil. I premix enough for several grows. Twisty I did spray the leaves but they were already gnarly/
