Can't keep room steady temp...

I realize the temperature will fluctuate up and down during the day but so far today I've seen it be anywhere from 73* to 80*.

What are some things I can do to keep it to not fluctuate so much?

Do you have any fans running? What is your setup?

Look to getting a sts 1000 termpratue controller, they are very cheap on e-bay right now
plug one side to your fan the other to a heater, too cold the heater comes on too hot the extra fan will start ..easy

or buy an AC with a heater ..thats pricey?

2 4 foot 40w fluorescent 5-6" away from the plant, fan blowing on the pot about 2 feet away. I have my thermostat sitting on the pop and its reading 78 degrees right now, fan is on high, door is open, lights on 24 hours at this point.

I just bought a fan controller that pulls in cold air when my room reaches 85, I don't push out because I run co2. They cost 75-85 titan mercury 3 is one of them. Some have fan idle speeds but I just needed a day night fan controller. Look into them.

Its normal I'll say, ur temps between day and night can fluctuate like 11 degrees difference between day and night like in nature, in nature u dont get same temps though day and night, day always change., but try to keep it no more than 11 degrees difference between day and night., example: if u have day temps at 80 dont go down more than 69 or 70 rt.
