Its not giving me the option to post pics...that whole bar full of icons n options on this screen where u create ur message is gone...can I get some help?

i cant post pics, tried deleting history, cookies, everything. i cant even get to manage attatchments. Also having problems logging in take 2 or 3 times to get in. WTF????
