Carbon Filter (phresh) is the brand

Hey do you guys know if this looks new or used by the pictures. Some old lady is selling it to me for 30 bucks

the pre-filter (the white fabric thing) is very clean at least. but those can be washed. cant tell if the charcoal is used from the picture. but old ladies can usually be trusted.

If the prefilter is installed then it's used lol. Honestly for $30 bucks I think you are good to go, those filters last a long ass time IME. Phat and Phresh. My favs. I have some that have been going over 7 years constantly as scrubbers and they still perform, I am amazed. Figured maybe two years max.
