Caught with Plants Question

Sup all just wondering if anyone has got caught growing, if so how much jail time if any was and for how many plants.


What do you guys think about 10 plants, for first offense in Canada.

over 5 plants is considered cultivation for the purpose to traffic/distribute

also depends on which province you live in... Alberta would sentence you for 3 to 9 months, while in BC they may not even charge you

I'd say call a lawyer, they won't narc you out and will tell you the skinny on laws and possible charges.

If you have already been busted, then I would 100% call an consult an attorney. If you are just curious before starting to grow, I'd say you're good.

Unless you're a fuck up always getting into trouble, then most people will not suspect you of growing. Just keep a respectable appearance and keep the smells down and you should have no issues.
