CFL 652 300w does anyone know what I can put this in?!?!? Help

I recently bought this feit electric 300w equivalent(65w) that has a standard to mogul base. I plugged it in to a ballast that I use for HIDS it immediately blew out. I got a replacement but don’t know what to put it in and don’t wanna risk blowing it up. Anyone know where I can get a fixture or ballast that won’t blow this up

yes, it doesnt need a ballast, it needs an ordnary screw in light bulb fitting. if you get a reflector for it, you will need to buy a light bulb fitting to go in the refletor to fit the bulb
 
After I blew it up kinda made the assumption that a ballast was required, having trouble finding solid information though. Lol I know it’s a light bulb bob
 
deleted last one put tmi in lmao but these crappy things for the time being

all will be good, the plastic part of the bulb is a ballast circit built in to the bulb so you only need to plug it in, those instructions are for another light bulb.
you just have a compact fluro light bulb with built in ballast. you wont damage the bulb. just screw it in and turn it on
