CFL and LED vs MH

I built my light set up from 12 100 waat cfl bulbs and on the outside of those i placed red blue and clear led rope lights. I have gotten to the lst 2-3 weeks and I am not seeing much bud.I have 6 plants in a 4 by 4 by 73 tent. I was told that the lace of weight is I am not using MH light. I was told that the CFL were great for veg but when I put them into flower I should have switched to the MH light.This is my first grow I went with and every 3 day water and every 9 fert . I could use some help I live in Las Vegas and the emps in my tent have been hitting 105 with an exhaust fan as well as the fan on the plants and the flap open. I am worried that adding this light will out and out kill my plants.I am going to redo my tent set up when I pull these up and want to be sure I do things right this time with a fan can for order control and I am building a heat exchanger to help bring down the tent temp so I am left with the light and what I should do add the MH to my cfl or stay with my CFL set up .

1200 watt cfl?????and you don't see much budding???why don't you use a 400 hps..?

...yes, i would suggest proper ventilation, and hps as opposed to mh...

...6 plants you can even continue to use cfl to flower them... eliminate the 6000k ish bulbs and use all 2600k or 2700k...

you mean 100w or the 23w that say they are equal to 100w??
