CFL + best setup

So my question is rather simple - i have one 250 W Blue cfl and one 250 W Red cfl

Should i use the blue one for veg, and red for flowering as its sed or can i use both all the time ?

And dose what dose it change if i use both all time

The blue alone would suffice for seedlings and vegging. When you flower use both. More light the better.

so the red light wount help in veg much? it wount get biger or smthing

use both the whole way just not at the start when there seedlings
