Cfl bulb help

just bought a cfl bulb, just want to know if it will be suitable during the veg stage....take into account i only have 1 baby plant at the moment...

65w
6400K
Cool daylight
B22... no idea what that means

Is it actually 65 watts, or 65 watt equivelant? If it's actual, that should be planty to veg with - correct color spectrum, also. If it's equivelant you'll need more.
