Cfl grow!!!please help

so im going to be growing with some cfls first my space is about 12 inches wide and i can make it about as tall as i want but what cfls are the best for growing good bud what kind should i use for vegging?? what kind for budding? i just dont know and really want to know so the more detailed the more better thanks guys hope you can help!!

You want 6400k for veg and 2700k for flower (I think I got it right way round if im wrong feel free to correct people) Any CFL will do but go by the watt usage not the equivalent amount. And you want minimum of 100w per plant. If want a fair to good yield head more towards 150/200w of CFL per plant.
