CFL growbox design (opinions needed)

So,
I have a box 24"deep x 31" wide x 39" tall. I'm going to coat walls in something shiny. I'm going to use a 3 gal bucket. Heres where I'm looking for feedback. I'm thinking 2x 27w 5000k for veg, then 3x 42w 2700k for flower. think I got a decent idea in terms of watts going on here?

As I have done this post Iv'e had the idea this (spacewise) might work better as a SOG setup.Anybody got any off the top ideas what kinda wattage I might be lookin at if I went that route?

my growbox is of similar dimensions. I would get at least 200watts of CFLs in that thing, and use SCROG or LST (i like lst, u can do crazy shit with the brances like make them swirl around and shit and get tonz o' bud sites) ill post a pic eventually. CFLs grow SLOW so get more than just a few, and orange CFLs work better than blue (seems to be the case with vegging also for some reason)
