CFL Growing Questions, What shall I do?

Soo CFL Growing, requires alot alot of work.
I have 2 plants in veg, 1 in bud.
On the two veg plants, I have a 42 watt CFL above both of them,
and I have 4 Day Light Bright lights that are 27 watts all on one side of the plants, facing down wards. I just gave them some plant food today,
Never givin them any food. But anyways there is quite a bit of branches on the two veg plants, and the leafes are just taking a shit. Turning yellow and just falling off the branches, on the other hand all the upped main leafes are fine and green, but the main leafes on the lower part of the plants are yellow. The branches are damn near naked with no leafes to them falling off, or the tips of them turning brown dieing and curling up.
What should I do? O and my timer is set on 12/12 5 AM turns on, and 5 PM turns off.
The 27 watt lights are about an 1-2 inches away from the plants, and the 42s are about 3-4 inches away from the tops of the plants.
I just figured that the main leaves are to big and covering the branches leafes, so they arnt getting as much light and are just dieing.
Is there anything I can do to make my plants more healthier, should I cut some of the main big leaves off? Take some of the branches off or what?
I need help please let me know asap!

From what i have read here, it sounds like

Sounds like it's getting to hot, pictures would help a lot.

And your vegging in 12\12?
Cause vegging is 18\6.

Other then that, if you can't get pictures, How old are the plants?
And no i wouldn't cut anything off, Cause if your losing leafs and you cut some off, it could shock the plant pretty badly.

Lower leaves yellowing hints at a nitrogen deficiency, likely caused by pH lock. Nitrogen travels from old growth to new growth, so you have to keep nitrogen content up there to keep the entire plant green. That's hard to do if your pH is too basic or acidic.

I'd suggest you check your soil pH. Also you may be overwatering them - cut back a little.

Also - since you mentioned you fed them for the first time - what strength fertilizer did you use? Did you follow the directions and do full strength? If so, you may have nute shocked your plant. What soil are you using? Does it have that "Guaranteed no feed for X months" claim? Pot absorbs nutrients at a far faster rate than many commonly grown plants, and it may have already drained your soil of nutes.

Thats possible, but the temp is usually like 85 degrees, I though that was good. But idk this is my grow.
As far as nutes, I dont have any nutes in there.
O and I put my plants in bud mode, so I can see there sex. They are about a month and a half old possibly two months old.

This is my first grow, I never tested the pH level in my soil, I am currently using Mirracle Grow Moisture control soil. I do not have any nutes, therefore there never has been any nutes on the plants. I am not sure, But I know that the plant food was pretty high in numbers.
Could it be my lighting?

If so how should I change it, I am also quiting smoking after this harvest.
Due to me joining the Military, so I need these plants to grow quick so I can get this shit outa my system. Whats the best possible way to grow them fast? one is about 17 inches, the other about 21 inches tall.
With alot of branches.

If you want it fast, just start them flowering and keep them in flowering they're tall enough.

I'm familiar with the moisture control - it uses a fair amount of wood grindings in it - that'll screw with your nitrogen levels as wood robs your plants of nitrogen they need. Since you're wanting to get a quick harvest and you're about at the right stage, move to a lower nitrogen, higher potassium and phosphorous fertilizer. Around the last two weeks or so before harvest, start flushing the soil out of nutrients.

Plant food = nutes, it's just the general term. :)
