CFL 300watt duel in cuboard or tent, in bedroom, light comes out of it, though hole or cuboard opening, is this bad for your eyes, specially if you are in the room all the time?
Are you asking if the light from a CFL is bad for your eyes? If that is how I understand the question the answer is NO. Even if it's 300Watt equavilant. Just don't stare at it all the time.
