yo can someone help me what CFL lights do i need for growing. what ones for seedlings veg stage and flowering. thanks

You need 6500K for vegging and 2700K for Flowering. These are the color temps. Then u need to shoot for 2000 lumens per Ft2 of grow space. Lumens is what the Plants respond to; not Watt equivalents you feel me? I use 11 CFL's 3 42's 3 26ers and 5 23ers for 20050 lumens in a 2'X4' space. Just started 11.14.
