Hello just crashed and burned off 125 cfl due to heat I was wondering if led can provide a cooler runs any thoughts wise ones?

Both types can get the job done... Id say depends on your setup and budget...

Cfls are better. consider the cost to purchase a led panel. use that money buy cfls.

In the past I have used led's to start my seeds before I move them outside for the summer but this year I switched to clf's and I am very happy with the results.
Leds do produce less heat if your worried about the high temps.
How far away do you have your cfl from your plants?

about 5 inches away. considering blackstar ufo style or just try a few smaller cfls
