cfl question

i got 5-6 plants that are about 3in tall and i have 4 100w cfl but they only use 23w there 6500k color light

If they're 3 inches, the 4 x 23w CFL's are okay for now, but now is about the time they're gonna start begging for more light. It all depends on how well you share the light from the individual bulbs, but yeah, you're gonna need more eventually.
