it all depends on your setup.

Its 1 30 Watt t5 2 foot 1 68 Watt equivalent to 300 Wattscfl and 1 24 Watt equivalent to 100 watts cfl

Don't even look at the equivalent. 100 true watts per plant and 50 additional watts per additional plant minimum. I would say 1 plant for decent lighting.
