The daylight 27 watt cfls at Home Depot and Lowes are 5500k!
This whole time I thought I was using 6500k when Ive been using 5500k. Just from reading what others have posted and seeing the "daylight" on the front of the package, I just assumed they were 6500k. On the back of the package however, in small typing it reads "5500k"
I discovered this bc I bought (6) 42 watt 6500k cfls and plugged them in, the brightness is very different to me. I searched all over for the color of my Home Depot 27 watters and sure enough, 5500k.
Just thought you all should know.
