Cfl's light choosing problem

HI, I'm new in cultivation and I'm about to do my first grow but I'm having some problems in choosing the right lights.

I'm thinking in using cfl instead of hps beacause i'm thinking cfl is particullary cheaper.

can I use the same cfl lights for germination and flowering or it's just not possible?

I'm thinking in using 24/26w cfl light with 1800 lumens for germination. Is it a good choice?

Does anyone know any lighting company that makes international deliveries and selling good and cheap cfl lights?

I used 27 watt 5500k cfls for seedling and veg and I'll be using 27 watt 2600k cfls for flowering if that helps at all. And you should be able to just go down to your local home improvment store to pick them up

Simply, you need a High kelvin bulb for VEGGING(cool white) and a low kelvin bulb for Flowering (warm white)
