Changing light cycle question

Hi all!

I have a simple question that i hope somebody can answer.
When changing the light cycle from 6/18 (veg) to 12/12 (flowering) do you immediatly put them under HID light or keep under vegging light for the first 2 weeks of 12/12?

Straight under the HID. Good Luck with your grow!

Yep, as stated above, move right on to the HID, just remember, if you hand gets hot at the plant, the light is too low. Put the light just as high so that you feel warmth, but not Hot.
