changing lights out time during veg

Has anyone heard or read of any benifits of increasing the lights off time more and more until you get to 12/12?

Or does it not matter and I should just flip it over when its time?

2nd succecful grow going and im experamenting a little, last time I did 18/6 this time 24/0

Think i'm going back to 18/6 after this grow

all depends on the person you ask. personally i just go form 24 to 12/12 and ive seen great results so far. some might even argue that slowly decreasing the light time would much be like plants outdoor. all depends on your style of growing and what works for you
