Changing my light cycle?

Hi due to work commitments I need to change my light cycle. Currently light's go on at 7pm and off at 7am but will have to change them to go on at 10am off at 10pm. How much stress will this cause them? and when I'm doing this should i give then the extra hours in the dark or in the light? they are 2 sensi star clones 1 week into flowering.

Any help is much appreciated
