I need to change my plants 12/12 cycle from bein dark from 12:00 am to 12:00 pm to 8:am to 8:pm... Will it cause much stress on the plant or should this move cause no problems? Im about 20 days into flowering.

It is the dark period that is more important so just have the lights come on at 12pm and shut off the next morning at 8am and you will be just fine.

Extend the dark period, not the light period. It's best to gradually change it, but if you have to do it all at once extend the dark period.

I've been doing this, off an on, for many years. The way I do it is, if I'm moving the time up, I go to a 12:30 schedule, so every 12 hours, the time moves up 30 mins, or 1 hour per day. If I'm moving the time down, I usually do it by going to an 11 hour schedule, bringing the time down by 2 hours per day. I have to do this every time I go to a concert, so about half a dozen times a year I end up having to push the time forward, then bring it back down to my normal times. Never had any probs of any kind doing it this way.
