Cheap first time grow

Hi! I am curious of what I'll need for a cheap first time grow in a small area. Mekong Haze (pure sativa. Not a real haze) is going to be used.

I don't have a lot of money, so what kind of useable lamps are the cheapest? And what specs does it need to have? :)

Can I use one type of light for all stages of growth? From what I've encountered of info, a fluorescense is good for sprouting and vegetative growth. And later a reddish light.

I don't need huuuge yields per plant. I can just take some clones. ;)

get 2-4 6500k cfls at home depot 26 watters are good. for flowering make sure the light spectrum is either 3000k or 2700k. the higher the wattage of the bulb the more lumens and more lumens are better for the plant. I flowered with cfls with a regular bagseed sativa ad got a little under an ounce.

I don't live in the US, so I don't have access to a Home Depot store. :)

I found a 2700k, 23w, 1371 lumens. So four of these are okay for flowering, right? Gotta search for some higher k light bulbs then!

50-80£ is perfect. :) I'm from Norway and planning to grow in a cupboard.

So the clfs I looked up works for both vegging and flowering? How important is the light color for vegging?

I'm planning on getting some seeds anyways, so I can grow more later. If I waste a little bud now, I'll make up for it later! ;)

Edit: Low k leads to high stem and bud growth and high k leads to high plant growth. Am I right?

Edit2: Is 6000k or 8000k better for vegging?
