check out my clones, can i start flowering them? pics

they are not in pepsi bottles or water gallons anymore, they are ni grow bags and there sis also no more bangs on the bottom. anyways can i start flowering them at this point. i just got them from a clinic for 8 dollars each. the NL is northern lightsXsilver haze (i wanted to try a sativa out) the two in the white bucket and pepsi bottle are geisal . and the top left corner is a some sort of kush i forgot the name but its 60/40 indica dominant. these 4 plants are under a 150w hps sunsupply grow liht with built in ballast and 2 fans in my closet. my main question is can i start them into the flowering process with the amount of branches and leaves?under my 150w hps? thanks

also ONE MORE QUESTION PLEASE! how much do you think each will yield? theyre like 4-7 inches tall.. thanks

Yes Id flower now especially with the 150watt light, its not going to penetrate much so 1.5ft would be ideal at end of plant life cycle.

Veg longer if you care for yield. if you veg now. they wont be more than an Oz each. maybe not even half each. but thats my opinion
