Look at my baby isn't she healthy? whoo!!!... I am using 2 cfl and 2 blue led lights at night. 15/9 timer, pure Minnesota summer daylight. I'm certain that because its still short, and yet 5 weeks old that this is good. What I did was when it was 1 week old it was stretching, so I dug it deeper into the soil, it's now this. I assume it has mega root growth I have not watered it in 4 days and maybe going to water it tomorrow, the soil is still moist but not wet. I am using miracle grow potting soil, and in its first week I sprayed the soil with miracle grow flower booster, the numbers are 15/30/15 and spouted it from a moist paper towel. I think its great! going to be a great summer..

Looking good. I can't tell, do you have drain holes
in your cups? If not you may want to cut a few in the bottom.
If the streching is a problem, try to get the lights closer to the plants.
I did what you did though, when i transplanted some seedlings that were a bit streched,
i put the plants in the new pots a bit deeper and covered some of the stem, perfectly fine.
