Check out this seedling?! Wtf is going on

Ok, my whole veg room doesn't look good. Feed around 2.0ec 5.7ph... seedling is showing this. Wtf you think is going on?

I think my dosatron isnt properly mixing the nutrients???

For normal plants get get 2.5ec 5.7ph...

You talking ontop of the blocks? That's algae and fairly common with rockwool... you even see it on their page at grodan
 
The yellowing between the lines of the leaves looks like a magnesium issue and the rust spots a calcium problem. But the leaves are clawing pretty bad which could be nute burn. Some of the leaves look twisted which might be a PH/root issue.
My wild guess is some issue in the root zone is causing all the problems. Check PH or a root disease. That plant maybe just doesn't like the that high of EC or a different PH range.

I had a ph issue looked just like that and can also mimic other problems like manganese deficiency etc. I never used to even care about ph until I saw the difference between a well balanced plant and one that’s just getting whatever water it can get.
 
2.0 EC is too much for those small seedlings and 2.5 EC is too much for those other plants. I never go that high in full flower growing in coco. 1.6 EC is about as high as I ever go during anytime of the grow. A good percentage of all problems are caused by overfeeding.
