cheese autoflower seedling ????

The seedling is about a week old but it looks like it has stopped growing. no new leaves and no difference in height. this is my first time dealing with any type of auto strain. my setup is fine to grow because i have used it before. do autoflowers take time to really sprout up in growth? any info would help.

I noticed today that the pot wasnt draining water properly. It could be the problem. I am going to put an extra drain hole in the bottom and see what happens. I was using cfl's but have switched to a 150w hps as of yesterday. This morning it looked a little bit better just from being under the hps.
