cheking trichomes under the sun light

when i look into the trichomes where the sunlight hit, I see some amber looking trichomes, but then I see without the sunlight i can't see amber ,the look clear , any advise on If they truly amber or light reflection

Get a 60x magnifying and be sure is all ..... check the trichomes and if most are milky and some amber you should be good..... I think it’s 85%milky 10 % milky with just a little clear at like 5%
