Chicken pellets? Anyone seen this before?

I have this brown powdery stuff one my 3 gal smart pot. I'm experimenting with organics and mixed up some ffof,coco, and some chicken pellets. After the first water with this mix I noticed the brown powdery spots on top of the soil on all my pots " the other pots are 7gal". This went away after I watered again but now my 3gal pot looks like this. Salt build up? Coco not washed? I'm stumped.

That’s straight up mold probably not very healthy for you to be breathing if it gets in the air.
 
How much chicken manure? I used to use it to pep up cheap tomato compost. I would literally use half a handful of crushed up pellets per imperial gallon.
 
Yeah I think I put too much maybe. Adding the manure is the only thing I have done differently. So im gonna guess that's part of the problem.
