Chilled Nutrient Radiator cooling?

Hi all, I live in a tropical part of the world and am enjoying winter right now, which is great because I can get a couple of crops in before it gets too hot to run lights. I am looking at creating a system that can take the brutal summers here without needing a dedicated air-conditioned room. Right now I am using a 4 x 4 tent and a 600 watt HPS, And while I love the results, this set up will be impossible to run here in summer. I am designing a scaled down dedicated scrog grow cabinet (4 foot wide 2.5 foot deep x 4 foot high) , If I have to I will drop the HPS in place of LED panels? And I have decided on a flood and drain setup, and will use an aquarium water chiller to keep my rootzone cool, However It got me thinking about also running chilled nutrient through a "new" motocycle radiator (or something similar) and pulling my intake air through it. I wouldn't expect air-conditioning type cooling but It should drop enough heat and condense some of the humidity to allow me to keep my grow running through summer? Has anyone attempted something similar or have any helpful ideas. thanks..

Dropping the HID would be my last ditch attempt to keep the temps in a growable range but I will probably have to run my grow at 20-40 degrees under ambient room temperature to keep them growing strongly (and that's night temps) A chilled rootzone should give me some protection from over-heating, And if I can get the temps down to where I can continue running a 600 watt then that's my preferred method.
