ChilledLed GrowCraft, Logic V4 Puck or Kingbright 4 Bar LEDs ?

Looking to get new lights for 2 3x3s. I’ve been looking at lights and I’m stuck between these options. ChilledLed GrowCraft, Logic V4 Puck or Kingbright 4 Bar LEDs. Here’s a little info on the LEDs:
