Chop her down?

Hey guys my plants have been in flower for well over 2 months and I feel that they've got to be ready to harvest. I'll drop some pics below. There are 2 strains in this gro(critical OG and some other sativa strain) thanks guys let me know if ya think she's ready

If I was you, I would chop but I'm 99% sure that trichomes are more important to look at when deciding when to harvest. If you have jeweler's loupe or a decent phone camera, make sure all trichs are milky/cloudy for sure!
 
The first picture might indicate another week to go but the rest look ready to harvest. Overall I think you're ready to chop whenever you are ready to do it. Looks great good job.

Thanks man! About a week ago I cut a smaller cola just to try and start the drying/curing process before I have my whole load ready to come down and I just put the buds in a jar after drying. It seems that it has that dry tea smell and I'm wondering why that is? Will it get that good dank smell back after the cure or what should I expect for this process??
