The plant will continue to mature for around a week after you cut.
I chop when the bud is 1/2 brown/1/2 white, any longer the weed will be totally brown & I like it with some white hairs still present.
Also, it a smoother smoke & and a more uplifting high.
How many plants do you have?
If more than one, cut one now & let the others mature for another 2 weeks.
You'll see what I mean
