Cinnamon oil and thyme oil

a friend of a friend of a friend...... lol.... went to Colorado and brought back some lemon haze in a container that had all the info. Ingredients had rosemary oil and neem oil, I know these oils are to control pests.... insects and such. What I was wondering is what is cinnamon and thyme oil used for? I know cinnamon oil is very, very strong and caustic to biological life.

I just can't wrap my head around putting and "oil" on my plants......Shits not as effective as other things anyway.
It's being discovered that Neem is far more toxic then we thought.....Something to ponder over.
Organic, does not always mean "good".
