circadian rhythm drooping

These are autoflowers 27 days from sprout. They're in 5 gallon pots with Happy Frog soil and I haven't been giving anything but plain water yet. 600 watt MH cooltube with a bunch of 42 and 23 cfls around the sides. At first I had them going 24/0 but about a week and a half ago I dropped them to 20/4. The dark period is from 2pm to 6pm (the warmest part of the day). Now the leaves droop 3 hours before the lights go off.. and its takes 2 hours of them being on before the leaves stand back up. I know leaves droop and fall with the day/night, but usually ive noticed that leaves start standing in the morning before the light even come on. Mine take a while to stand. Maybe it's because the night cycle is so short (4 hrs.) ? Right now it looks like over watering but it the leaves actually stand beautifully in the middle part of the day.

It could be overwatering, but i haven't seemed to notice a difference before/after I water. Wouldn't they always droop and not "prey" in the middle part of the day? Im still getting used to these 5 gallon pots but they feel pretty light when I water. Im going to post a picture later this evening after lights on

Yeah, careful with the nitrogen too as that will just worsen the problem, That plant has quite a bit.
