Circular holes in the leaves..

I have had slug and blug problems in the past because I grow outside, but this has never happened before. Something is eating perfectly circular holes in the leaves about half an inch diameter. It happens on old and new leaves so its not a deformity. Please if you can tell me what is eating it and how to kill it thanks.
