clean light

normally i would buy a new bulb in this situation but what should i do, i have a mh conversion bulb that has very little use, maybe 2 weeks of 18\6. it has a bit of crap caked to it i tried just wipin it and a lil crap remains and theres a slight bubble in the glass like it melted a little but is not broken, my hps is old and need a new one before i flower the shop is like 125 miles away and i won't be there for another month. so i wanna clean a bulb, can i just hit it with some windex and use it (mh) i guess i could use the hps but its been through 2 flowering cycles already im not comfortable with it going another month til i can get a new bulb, maybe i'll order one online... ordering online is not shady for me as i have a farm and greenhouse (all organic of coarse) but with all that said i still wanna know how to clean a bulb whats safe to use?????

yeah windex should work, or i fits bad hit it real lightly with some brillo, as long as you dont scuff up the bulb you should be cool

Isoplopyl Aclohol. Try to get 90% or better. After 2 months toss it. Its sucked up too much water.
