Cleaning my waterfarm???

Ok. I ran a successful grow. Then cleaned everything with water and ho20. Sony think I took intO account the crap in the pump cause I started seedlings in there. They barley grew to 2 noids. And started to burn. Never added nuts but water that went in had 13 ppm. Water that cane out had 300ppm. So now that I pulled the tiny girls and I'm going to start all over what can I put in the system and run it for a few days that will steralize it so all I have to do is change water before I plant and I'll be food to go?

What if I soak the hydroton for 24 hours in clean ro water and Ho2o and run the waterfarm system with no rocks in it with clean RO water and Ho2o. Will that sterilize it enough?

I just wash the parts in the sink, rinse the hell out of the hydroton, and grow again. I do start seedlings and clones in rapid rooters, and let them get started before moving them to the farm.
