How do you guys clean your quick connect fittings and tubings? Do you just soak them in vinegar? Any tips and tricks?

I use peroxide for everything that comes in contact with the plants.
I run the system for a few days with peroxide and most of everything gets cleaned out and settles into the bottom for easy shop vac cleaning. I have little sprayer heads in my system and I take those of and let them soak in a jug of peroxide solution.

I have hard water so I use CLR. Cleans the Ca build up Where nothing else will work.

Same as @fragileassassin -- I run peroxide through the system for a full cleaning. All nozzles and small pieces are soaked in a peroxide solution for up to 24 hours. Since it breaks down cleanly there's no need to worry about cleaning residue being left behind after a wash, too.

A test tube brush works good for the inside of the barbed fittings, I generally just toss the hose and go with new.

I use Sodium dichloroisocyanurate. At least I think that is the English name.
It comes in tablets that you solve in water.
It cleans and disinfects.
It is used in spaces that have been infected like stables, greenhouses, etc.
Smells not nice, and you have to rinse later.
