CLEANING SOIL PPM QUESTION

whats up guys! I'm a new grower and I need to know something thats bothering me/worrying me.

So I have prepared my soil mix and I got the right PH and everything BUT my PPM is 600!, I know I just have to flush it with 6.0ph to clean it but I need to know if I wet all the soil to clean the PPM BEFORE planting my seeds, while I wait for it to dry, do I take a risk of building mold in the soil? or will it be just fine? all the pots will be wet before plating the seed. (my seeds arrive by the end of the month)

I have 42 pots so I need to do a lot of work preparing everything haha I know flushing it will bring it down to 160PPM and thats great.

why do you want ppm so low? I'd say if your run off is 600 you need to feed with a ppm around 1400.
the youtube vid I saw said the 911 rule if you're below 1100 you add 900 to get your soil to 2000. So if you're at 600 you should add 1400.

I'm following this my friend, it says the PPM must be low when seedling..

I have been running Jacks 3-2-1 for a couple of years now and feed my starter cubes @1.6-1.8 ec from the beginning.
