Cleaning your grow tent. Pollen

Hi everyone.
I'm just finishing a grow in a 2m x 1.2m x 2m high tent with 2 hps lights, 2 oscillating fans and a filter.
When chopping out, a few pollen sacks burst and I understand from other posts, its essential to properly clean the area before doing another grow.

Does anybody know how long pollen stays active and if there is a guaranteed procedure or a solution to rid whatever pollen is lingering around before starting again, thanks

Personally I’ve used just a 10% bleach water solution to clean in my grow area.

or a 10% H2o2 solution.

I’ve also used JEYES fluid mixed at dilution recommended.

whatever you choose just make sure it’s dry before you start after thoroughly cleaning.
