Clf lumens & k rating question for 2'1x4'1x3'11 grow tent

I got a 2'1x4.1x3.11 grow tent that has a 200w 6400k and about 13000 lumens. I plan of growing 6 lowryders and veging two out door pants tell I deem them big enough to go out side. Then when the autoflowers are 13 days in (when I get more money) getting one 200w 2700k cfl for budding.

That gives me about 3000 lumens per sqf. Assuming that the tent is 8'6sqf and with both lights at abou 13000 lumens give or take. I have heard that a ratio of 2:1 bud to veg is best. But will a 1:1 give near enought the same results, or is it worth it to get two 200w 2700k lights, or go with 1:1 and throw in a few of 50w 2700k near the big buds?

And will the one 200w 6400k at 1500 lumens/sqf be enough for all the plants to vege in the mean time. It's bloody bright in there at the moment.

hmmmm well let me try to explain,
cfls are nice cuz there not hot and u can use many of them in a small space personal opinion get 10- 42 watt cfl 2700k for flowering maybe more than that depending on how many plants your gonna have maybe more and place them over each bud site , but the secret to cfl is having no further than an inch or so all around it takes some practive but just think of them as a swiss army knife not a battle axe
hope this helps
