Clogged DWC piping

I have a custom 6 site DWC and main res that has a large pump supplying water to custom waterfall fittings within each of the other totes. The waterfall fitting piece itself is made up of a lot of 5/32" holes. Anyways, my main pump quit working on me and didn't realize it, and at the same time I was having issues with my chiller. So this allowed warm water to just sit in my 1/2" feed lines for who knows how long, and now I have a lot of the holes clogged in my fittings with brown sludge. The roots look healthy and fine though, the film is only on the equipment. How can I unclog these holes- I can't take the plants out of the system and I currently can't take any of the tubing apart. I am 1 month from harvest. Any ideas on what I can do? Thanks :joint::joint::joint:

Well, its hard to say without seeing it.

I guess if you just cant, you could run new lines and use those instead , or maybe try using an air compressor to clean out lines.
