Clone help

It depends on your cloning style. In Hydro, realistically, all you need is water, but I find that pH'ed water to 5.5-5.7 works best. I also use Gel. Powder works best with soil.

Just make a clean angled cut with room for nodes to also be cut off flush to the stem, for roots to grow (3 is recommended).

I'm rooting clones with just water and some aloe. Took 7days for the first two to root. I read aloe can be used and I had some so why not. They would root fine without it.
Granted these are in a bubbler with two air stones. Never cloned before either. Just cut them and tossed into the bubbler.

Light is 13watt cfl. 8" from tops.

Nope it won't. 02 just speeds it up.
It's more important to have low light on it then 02.

I can't say if you need to change the water in the cup any point. I doubt it.
