Clone/Mother Lighting Question

Whats up all, so I'm in the process of setting up my new room and I was hoping to make a run to walmart tonight to pick up some lights for the space that will house my mother(s) and clones.. how many 6500k 24w CFLs would i need? also should i have CFLs on the mother and then more down low on the cloes in the rockwool or what? thanks i dont understand what this smiley is doing but ill put it in anyway.

Ive never used cfl's for anything other than home lighting so i may be way off here but why cfl's over shop lights,they work excellent,cover a much larger area with less heat & can be placed directly on top of the plants to the point they touch the plant giving excellent penetration.

Would something like this work for you to veg & mother with with ? Its the system i use for mothers & clones with great success.

it would be 2 mothers contained in a space roughly 4ft high 3 ft long and 1.5ft wide. then in a separate space there would be a clone box whcih can hold a ton of clones and rockwool cubes inside a space 3 ft long 2 ft high 2 ft wide
