If you JUST put them into soil, as in very recently, I would advise you not move them outside right now. Give about a week or at least 5 days for the roots to grow into the media and get settled. Make sure you have an oscillating fan to create a gentle sort of breeze in your grow space.

Once you do move them outside, what you do sort of depends on the conditions outside. E.g. if it is very dry out you need to be extra cautious. You don't want to put them outside if there is any chance of heavy winds, rain or other severe weather. In general though as with most any other plant being moved from inside to out you want to harden them off. This means you introduce them to the outdoors slowly. Put them outside for a little while, say an hour or two, then bring them back in. Start off in a shaded area and gradually increase to longer periods of full sun.

Simple answer is if they've rooted well before you transplanted them you can put them out aide an hour or so a day for a few days to a week and they'll toughen up enough to be placed or planted outside.
