exaclty, it works with clones too because there fully mature just like there mother. people that use the SOG method do this.

when taking s clone from a mture female you can put them into flower @ 3 " height and they will produce buds quick if you took clones off a seedling lets say they would naturally grow to a certain height( to maturity ) before they would show flowers you undertand so kinda you need to grow a plant then flip them into flower once they showed preflowers flip them back to veg and you now clone you would have a muture plant ready to flower at anyheight 1" height even

SOG is ramming as many plants in a room as possible lol

Mine were smaller than six inches but my four grew buds and thats all, they were four mo's old when i noticed one was growing new growth, 5mo's now and it's about 2" tall but bushy. The rest grew massive root systems but nothing new. It all depends on your mother. Pots are a mystery, some like cramped some don't, gotta have an eye out.

I'm going to use this method for all my small buds from now on, grew a decent sized bud on all four, same quality as the mom, yum yum.

don't take cuts from plants already on 12/12, take them from plants that are still in veg...then flip to 12/12...sorry if i misunderstood you

I have a situation som emight be able to help with......

I have a strain that has done well for me (bagseed) and I accidentally put one too many from veg into flower. I didn't realize the mistake until the ones in flower had little white tufts on the them (about 10-14 days in 12/12 light). I took two cuttings and only one rooted. I have had that one in veg lighting for nearly 3 months now and it has yet to grow any. Same height and the little tufts just dried up and are crumbled.

Here is my question:
How long does it take for these plants to "flip" back to vegging? I know it has been working hard to grow roots and such, but after 3 months I thought it would have started new growth.

Please let me know if you have EXPERIENCE with this type of situation. Thanks

my guess would be leaving lights on for 24 hrs straight in about a month should be back in veg state

i dont agree with this...it's actually called monster cropping(cloning from a flowering plant)...i've got great success 3 weeks into flowering...i believe 21 days in is the best for monster cropping

not sure why she hasnt grew..is she root bound or something...my clones usually root within the week, 2 weeks tops...it can take about a month to see major growth but 3 months definetley is excessive for no new growth

It can take a while. You got them under 24 hr light? I took a bunch of clones about a month in, and I put them under a fairly weak floro fixture for about 2 1/2 months before I started to see good new growth. They went thru some pretty strange changes during that time. Really freaky growth.
