Someone please correct me if I'm wrong here.

No and maybe yes.

Sex is determined by dna. Therefore, a clone, which will have an exact copy of the original plant's dna, will be the same sex as the plant. But you maybe able to make a clone hermie with silver nitrate, maybe. The hermie wouldn't technically be a male but you may get some pollen from the plant with characteristics from the original.

Never tried this so my answer is based on theory.

You could make it hermie when it flowered, resulting in pollen(which if your asking cuz you want to breed will suit your purposes just fine) but no, you cant make a female turn male.

Yes, you could, their are a few ways actually.
If you just make it hermie through stress to make pollen to pollinate itself the seeds will have weaker genetics and be more likely to be genetic hermies (which really suck) or more sensitive to going hermie from stress.

On the other hand if you were to say take some colodial silver and spray it to make it make some usually pretty deformed male flowers, which you'll have to harvest the pollen from and then pollinate her yourself.(due to them being deformed). This way is more genetically stable.

and finally the last one i can think of right now
Take clones and then take clones from those clones when they are bigger and just keep up the cycle of taking like 3-4 clones off each generation. heres a more thorough way to say it.
Alright, say youve got that one plant, around flowering time take yourself 3-4 clones off of her. by the time the first plant is done flowering your new generation will be ready to go into the flowering area, take 3-4 off each of this generation as well. Then just keep repeating that till youve got enough plants. then just take 1 or 2 from each one when it goes into flowering to replace itself.
